Ahmed Riza is a qualified banker and a hospitality and tourism professional with more than ten successful years of combined expertise. He is well-versed in handling corporate customers, building relations and boosting sales. His experience in the banking industry spans ten years with an influential position at the Bank of Maldives and other entities. Within an additional four years in his line of work, he had positions at the Ministry of Finance, Villa Shipping and Trading Company, and MAPS College.

He's a licensed trainer and has successfully led several training sessions in banking and finance, financial literacy, customer service, project management, and other corporate-related disciplines. His portfolio includes twelve years working as a practising lecturer in regional colleges and universities. He has led volunteer youth sessions for the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Maldives' schools and ardently advocates for saving.
Ahmed Riza holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Taylors University in Malaysia and a Master's Degree in Islamic Finance (banking & finance) from INCEIF in Malaysia. With a vision towards optimising the growth of organisations he founded Realty Consultancy Maldives, where he is at the helm as Managing Director and Lead Trainer.

Ms. Aishath Inaash is a human resources professional specialised in recruitment and building employee relations. She graduated with honours from the University of The West of England with a Bachelor of Business and Human Resources Management degree. She has more than five years of experience in human resources with expertise in recruitment, recruitment marketing, employee recognition, compensation and performance evaluations.
She is currently employed as an HR Executive for Maldives Hajj Corporation Limited. Prior to joining MHCL, she worked as an HR officer at eLL Maldives Pvt Ltd. Her responsibilities as the Director of People and Development at Realty Consultancy Maldives include overseeing all aspects of the firm's employee relations, learning and development.

Marwan Hatem Alkhouni

Mr. Marwan is a well versed trainer in our team with over 30 years of experience in the field of Banking and Finance, Consultation, and Training.
Mr. Marwan who holds a number of academic certifications in the Business field from the UK and US , has served in well known Jordanian Banks and held Executive and Senior Management positions there. Mr. Marwan has an impressive record of delivering training programs to over 5000 candidates in over 12 countries in a global scale.

Irshad A Cader

Mr. Irshad is a well known international speaker . He has been awarded international awards as well as global recognition. Holding a Masters in Management (Australia ) and with academic back ground in the field of HR , Marketing and Diplomacy, he comes with over 30 years of extensive experience in Senior Management and leadership positions . He is an active coach , trainer and speaker. Mr. Irshad specializes in the areas of Leadership and Management, Business Transformation, Customer relationship management and other management areas to name a few.

Shahul Hameed Farook

Mr. Shahul Hameed Farook is an avid trainer with over 16 years of corporate experience in the field of Insurance, Reinsurance and Takaful. He holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Aberty Dundee , Scotland. He worked in Amana Takaful for over 12 years. He was also a resident insurance consultant at BML for 3 years. He also over looked Islamic banking operations for 1 year at BML. He is well versed in the areas of Leadership and management, Employee couching, Team building, Sales and Negotiations, Communication and Customer Service as well and have held an array of successful training sessions within these areas.

Ahmed Nasir

The current Deputy Minister of Fisheries, Marine Resources and Agriculture and former CEO of Maldives Polytechnic, he holds a Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors (Hons) in Tourism and Hospitality and Tourism Studies. He has over 25 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer and lecturer, he is also a technical Vocational education and training expert.
He specializes in the areas of Business ethics, customer service / Guest experience, sales and negotiations and other management areas. He is a seasoned trainer and speaker in his area of expertise.

Hassan Zaheen

The writer and trainer is a well known public speaker and lecturer . Currently working as the Director Compliance and Investigation at Judicial Service commission , he holds a Masters in Shari’ah . He has over 20 plus years of experience in the field of Journalism , reporting , lecturing and writing. He has won numerous awards in oratory and writing on a National level. His area of training includes Dhivehi Business writing , public speaking in Dhivehi and journalism in Dhivehi language and related areas.

Ali Waheed

Graduated in Research Studies and Business Management, Mr. Waheed possesses tremendous experience in a multitude of disciplines both in the public and private sector, ranging from teaching, training design and delivery, governance and strategic communications to data analytics and research.

Mr. Waheed has taught management modules at key universities and colleges in the Maldives and has undertaken a number of professional research for international and national clients.

Hawwa Leesha

Our mental health advocate and blogger is an international professional speaker, lecturer and has a Masters of Counselling and Bachelors of Business Management. She is currently studying Masters of Arts in Social policy.

She has 15 years of experience as a lecturer and trainer. She is one of the co-founder of Women Centre and Institute for Wellness Education. She is the chairperson of Maldives Australia Alumni Association and proud author of Owning my Thoughts : A Therapeutic Journal.

She is vocal in areas such as Mental health and wellness, prevention of sexual harassment and abuse and stress and anger management.
She has conducted training programs in almost all of the large companies and organizations in the capital and across the country
